Avivo are looking for Support Workers to support customers in their day to day life based in Chittering & Bindoon locations. This role works across aged care, disability, and mental health sectors, engaging in a range of care needs to support individuals who wish to remain living in their home and connected to their community.
Support Worker Duties:
- Provide domestic & social support for customerswith disability / aged care or mental health needs.
Assist with daily personal care routines
- Perform various manual tasks
- Support during community outings
- Communicate and engage with your local team
- Attend paid mandatory Induction, training, and buddyshifts
On the job training and buddy shifts are provided to the successful candidates.
Skills & Experience:
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle(essential)
- Satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check orwillingness to obtain
- Demonstrated communication skills and a can-doattitude
- Flexible availability to work a range of shifts between Monday to Friday
- Previous Support Work experience (preferred)
