About the Position
Our team of Support Workers provide support services to clients eligible for Community Care Services, enabling individuals to remain living independently and optimising their quality of life. This position will require you to work not only in the Community, also at our Day Clubs and will include driving 8 – 10 seater vans.
About You
The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.
- Cert III in Aged Care/Disability Services or an equivalent qualification
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to support clients and promote their own independence
- Experience providing support and companionship to people from a range of backgrounds

This casual position is a Level 4 Inside Workforce Agreement position, which attracts a rate from $34.47 - $36.29 per hour plus 25% casual loading.
To be eligible to work for us, you need to provide, or have ability obtain a:
- Australian Driver’s Licence.
- National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months).
- Pre-Employment Medical and DAS clearance.
- The right to work in Australia.
