Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Offsite Support Worker to lead and oversee a team of supported employees engaged in basic cleaning and grounds maintenance tasks across multiple locations. As an Offsite Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the smooth operation of our offsite work teams.
- Supervise and mentor a group of supported employees in basic cleaning and grounds maintenance tasks.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to ensure quality work performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate work schedules and assignments for offsite work teams.
- Maintain effective communication with onsite supervisors and management to address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, provide feedback, and address any challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, and professional growth.
- Previous experience in facilities management, cleaning services, or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and empower others.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
