Your New Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Wetherill Park, NSW. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance team, ensuring plant and equipment upkeep aligns with operational requirements.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Maintain processing plant to maximise operational efficiencies;
- Schedule, execute and manage routine and corrective maintenance activities;
- Conduct regular equipment inspections;
- Drive continual improvement in plant and equipment performance and maintenance processes;
- Cultivate a high-performing maintenance team centred on safety, respect, and teamwork.
About you:
- Preferably hold a trade or tertiary qualification in engineering (mechanical or electrical);
- Proven experience in maintenance and maintenance management in a manufacturing or mineral processing environment;
- Understanding and experience in LEAN manufacturing;
- Very good understanding and experience in the implementation and upkeep of a MEX would be advantageous;
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills;
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or collaboratively.
