Form of workSupport Workers Needed - Psychosocial Focus
We are seeking Support Workers who are willing to support participants with psychosocial challenges that require excellent service, understanding and positive support at all times, these roles are challenging and would suit candidates with patience, understanding and a proactive approach. These are active and engaging roles for the duration of the shifts.
We are looking for Support Workers who have the following skillsets and qualifications:
- NDIS worker screening
- Valid 1st Aid with CPR component
- Completed NDIS Induction Module
- Experience working with clients with a range of disabilities, specifically Psychosocial
- A compassionate and caring approach
- Clients needs are placed first and foremost
- Reliable, Punctual and Honest
Desirable
- Experience working with person/s with Psychosocial challenges
- Full Driver License
- 3 + Years experience
- Qualifications in Aged Care, Support Care or similar
