Key Responsibilities:
Experience Matters: Embrace the challenge! Showcase your expertise in handling various situations, including challenging behaviours, verbal & physical aggression, intellectual impairment, self-harm, sexualized behaviour, schizophrenia, Dementia, Restrictive Practice, Youth/Child Safety, personal care & ASD/ADHD.
Tailored Support: Provide personalised support for our participants, ensuring their unique needs are met with compassion and understanding and effective communication.
Flexibility is key: Be available for a variety of shifts – from 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and active/sleepovers. Full time hours available for the right candidate.
Team Focus: We understand that the strength of our team is the cornerstone of the exceptional support we provide. As a Support Worker you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative and supportive team that is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants.
What We Require:
- A valid Driver’s Licence (P2 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Check
- HLTAID003 (or equivalent) First Aid Certificate & CPR
- Blue Card
