Key Responsibilities:
Experience Matters: We are looking for calm, caring and down to earth support for two of our female participants located in Pomona & Eumundi. This particular care will involve the following - Personal Care, Downs Syndrome, Intellectual Impairment, Domestic Duties, Anxiety, PEG feeding (training provided), Manual Handling, ASD & Non Verbal.
Tailored Support: Provide personalised support for our participants, ensuring their unique needs are met with compassion and understanding and effective communication.
Flexibility is key: Be available for a variety of shifts – 7:30am-1:30pm, 8:30am-1:30pm, 1:30pm-6pm & 12:30pm-5:30pm. (Other locations and shift times available for the right candidate).
Team Focus: We understand that the strength of our team is the cornerstone of the exceptional support we provide. As a Support Worker you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative and supportive team that is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants.
What We Require:
- A valid Driver’s Licence (P2 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Check
- HLTAID003 (or equivalent) First Aid Certificate & CPR
- Blue Card
