About the Role
Caring for clients, supporting your team and ensuring only the best service is provided are the primary objective of the role.
Key Competencies: ESSENTIAL
- Genuine desire to provide the best quality support for people with disabilities
- Ability to work with clients, family/carers, relevant case managers and other professionals to support the client's individual goals
- 1-2 years Administrative experience
- Ability to actively contribute to the team environment
- Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
- Apt at providing support to clients with behavioural challenges
- Ability to maintain WHS standards and report requirements actively to House Coordinator
- Apply First Aid and CPR certification
- Medication Administration competency
- Experienced in Complex Health Supports
- Manual Handling Competency
- PEG feed competency/medication administration
- Bowel Care
- Epilepsy Seizure management experience
- Enthusiastic, energetic and positive
Key Competencies: DESIRABLE
- Certificate IV in Disability or other relevant qualification
- A cleared Working with Children Check and National Criminal Record Clearance
- Well versed in Microsoft Office & system
