About the Role:
As a member of the surgical TMO Unit, you will be accountable to the Surgical TMO Manager and Chief Surgical Resident. You will provide administrative and human resources services to support the Division of Surgery across the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network.
To be successful in your application as an ASO2 you will need:
- Experience in a customer service role and in general administrative duties.
- Effective answering in frontline telephone calls.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with staff and patients.
- Experience in providing responsive human resources management.
- Proven experience in the management of staff.
- Experience in developing, implementing and monitoring procedures to support efficient and safe work practices.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to foster productive working relationships with peers, staff and stakeholders.
