This experienced and enthusiastic Construction Surveyor will join our team on a full-time basis working alongside our contracting team, project managers and engineers. This role is a key player in our construction process working across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Responsibilities
- Conducting all aspects of the surveying process across sites and projects including:
- Bulk earthworks, stormwater, water, sewer infrastructure and roadworks for residential, industrial, and commercial projects.
- Carry out survey calculations, drafting and reports.
- Provide expert advice, management & instruction on a range of surveying projects.
- Manage and control survey documentation to statutory authorities.
- Perform fieldwork, calculations, data processing & management of the total project,
- Liaison with clients, communication within the business and assisting with budgets, accounts.
- Adhere to the company’s work, health & safety policies.
Essential skills & Experience
- Previous experience working on engineering surveying projects in a senior capacity.
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once.
- Motivated about the industry and genuine interest in Surveying.
- Experience managing multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment and software.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
