Sushi K Is Looking For A F/T Food Service Supervisor.

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $18.50~$21.50/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of Food Service staff

· Establish staff work schedules of employees to promote efficiency of operations

· Ensure the quality of food and services meets control standards

· Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

· Maintain records of food amount and costs, sales, wastage and repairs

· Involve in recruitment process of a Food Service staff when required

· Train staff in job duties, company policies, sanitation and safety procedures

· Resolve customers’ complaints, concerns, and work-related issue

Job requirements:

· Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
