Sushi Roll Maker Part-Time (Long Term)

Go Sushi West end is looking for staff.

We are looking for a Sushi maker to join our team (From 20 to 30 Hours per week, expeted shifts would be 7am~10am / 7am~1pm). Restaurant industry award rate

Seeking energetic person. A keen eye for detail and some self-initiative. Understanding of Japanese food and culture. 

The requirement to be a successful applicant

• Have knowledge and understanding of Japanese food and culture or be available to learn.
• Good Knife skills to prepare ingredients for Sushi roll. 
• Good hand skills to make beautiful Sushi rolls.
• Asian background or well understanding of Japanese/Asian culture.
• Be available to work Monday ~ Friday. Morning/Lunch.
• Sushi roll experience welcome.
• Must have Australian work rights.
