Your new company Hays Recruitment is partnered with an ASX listed manufacturer in Geelong who are seeking an experienced Sustainability Administrator to join their team. Your new role As the Sustainability Administrator, you'll be working in a new role within a small administrative team in an outstanding location in Geelong. Reporting to the Group Sustainability Manager and working on a part-time fixed term contract, with the possibility to extend you'll have the flexibility to choose your days of work. In your new role you'll be responsible for:
Integrating, consolidating, communicating, formatting and maintaining information for reporting purposes.
Maintaining, actioning and reviewing action registers with accuracy and clarity.
Overseeing, assisting, reviewing, producing and training staff with relation to documents and procedures.
Maintaining, consolidating and assisting in preparation, production and presentation for audits and reviews.
General administrative duties such as minuting meetings and managing both internal and external correspondence.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful as a Sustainability Administrator, you will possess experience as an administrator, executive assistant or similar role supporting practical operational teams, along with the ability to hit the ground running and a friendly demeanour.
