Purpose of the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our growing agtech startup with a focus on sustainability and Natural Capital. This role will sit at the intersection of sales and marketing, collaborating closely with product & engineering to build out our integration hub and foster our large farmer community. Partnership Development and Collaborative Projects
- Drive the development of strategic partnerships that contribute to the sustainability and Natural Capital reporting space.
- Foster partnerships within the agtech and broader agricultural ecosystem, identifying key collaborative projects and integration opportunities.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align industry objectives and priorities.
- Identify and analyse agtech, market trends and challenges, and develop effective solutions with the product & engineering teams.
- Stay updated on emerging developments and technologies in data management and analytics, including agricultural managerial influences.
Community Engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to further grow and engage our thriving community of thousands of farmer customers who already love our products and platform.
- Develop and implement strategies to deepen our relationships with existing customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support and participate in community-driven initiatives and events that celebrate our customers' success and foster a sense of belonging within our agricultural ecosystem.
- Act as a bridge between our company and our customers, facilitating open communication, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements based on their valuable insights.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
- Understand stakeholder requirements and provide effective solutions to meet their needs.
