We are currently seeking an Switchboard Design Engineer to join their team, reporting directly to the Delivery Manager, this position will see you join a team of experts in their field. The team is responsible for the delivering innovative and accurate electrical design and drafting solutions for a diverse range of client across the industrial and commercial sectors.
This opportunity will see you employed at the companies new, purpose built facility on Brisbane's Southside. Work collaboratively with the Engineering and Design team to deliver creative solutions to client requirements that may involve a degree of competitive differentiation and innovation.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in a similar environment, along with the following skills and attributes:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering
- The confidence to build and maintain relationships with company clients and stakeholders, with the ability to concisely communicate value propositions
- The ability to operate autonomously at a senior level. Maintain the companies engineering processes, meet strict deadlines and achieve targets while upholding a high standard of delivery
- Bring previous experience working as part of an engineering delivery team, successfully achieving key project delivery outcomes.
