System Administrator

We're on the hunt for an adept and hands-on System Administrator to become part of our dynamic and enthusiastic team based just outside of Melbourne CBD

What You'll Dive Into:

You'll spearhead the implementation of tried-and-tested IT Infrastructure solutions tailored for our support office and nationwide locations. Your responsibilities will encompass voice and data communications, cybersecurity, information storage, cloud solutions (Azure), and serving as a go-to resource for support escalations.
Ensuring the accuracy and efficacy of our IT operational documentation and monitoring systems will be a regular part of your role.
Given the national scope, occasional interstate travel (approximately once a month) will be required to support the launch of new locations beyond Victoria. Fear not, external technicians will provide backup support, making your time away as brief as one or two nights at a stretch.

Exceptional customer service skills are non-negotiable, and you should thrive both independently and within a team.

And if you've got a fantastic sense of humor - consider that a major plus!

Key Skills and Experience Needed:

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows server and client administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
• Strong command of Cisco networking, including VPN, Cisco ASA, wireless, Meraki, SDWAN, and firewalls
• Experience managing security patching for Desktops, Servers, and Endpoint Security (WSUS, Intune, SCCM)
• Proficiency in managing SSL certificates
• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 administration
• Solid working knowledge of Azure services, configuration management, build systems, continuous integration, and automated testing
• Exposure to Teams IP Telephony
• Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity and monitoring services
• Deployment experience with Meraki technology across the network (full stack)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
