Our client, a leading organisation in the public sector, is seeking a dynamic and talented CRM System Administrator to join their Customer Experience (CX) Team. As a key player in this team, you will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the CRM space, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Your Involvement:
In this role, you will spearhead the ongoing work on TechOne release 3 and 4, planned for late 2024, collaborating closely with the CRM Lead to ensure project success. 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Continued work on release 3 and 4, implementing updates and enhancements as per project scope
• Development and management of the customer portal to enhance user experience
• Facilitation of training sessions and addressing training requests from various stakeholders
• Actioning findings from the Customer Charter, contributing to the organisation's commitment to excellence in customer service
• Analysis of gaps in CRM processes and systems, driving the development of improvement strategies
• Collaboration with Data Excellence and IT teams to fulfill reporting requests and optimize data management processes
• Providing support for general inquiries and requests related to TechOne improvements
