Your Involvement:
In this role, you will spearhead the ongoing work on TechOne release 3 and 4, planned for late 2024, collaborating closely with the CRM Lead to ensure project success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Continued work on release 3 and 4, implementing updates and enhancements as per project scope
- Development and management of the customer portal to enhance user experience
- Facilitation of training sessions and addressing training requests from various stakeholders
- Actioning findings from the Customer Charter, contributing to the organisation's commitment to excellence in customer service
- Analysis of gaps in CRM processes and systems, driving the development of improvement strategies
- Collaboration with Data Excellence and IT teams to fulfill reporting requests and optimize data management processes
- Providing support for general inquiries and requests related to TechOne improvements
