About this opportunity:
We are looking for a passionate and savvy System Analyst to join our team. In this new and exciting opportunity, you will work within a team and use your skills to be key player in implementing IT strategies, improving processes, and helping achieve organizational goals. You will:
- Collaborate closely with the Business System Team to execute IT strategies for ICC Sydney.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of ICC business processes and actively contribute to optimizing system utilization.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies for ICC, ensuring seamless integration for improved efficiency.
- Implement cutting-edge technology to automate manual processes, thereby enhancing productivity.
- Address technology-related issues promptly, troubleshoot problems, and work collaboratively on effective solutions.
- Strictly adhere to IT policies, standards, and procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and technologies to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in debugging, programming, and code comprehension, preferably in C#.
- Hands-on experience in business process automation using platforms such as Power Automate.
- Thorough understanding of API concepts and expertise in utilizing endpoints.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, including query writing, scripting, and extracting data for reporting.
- Keen interest in staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical users.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
- Self-driven and motivated in the operation of the software across the organisation and users through self-education and endless curiosity.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- You must be 18 years or over.
