One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage a System Analyst to work as part of a highly motivated and cohesive team using agile approaches to design, develop and support business solutions. The role is based in multiple locations in Australia. The successful System Analyst will be offered a 12 month contract with 2 x 12 month extension options.
The successful System Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Creation and updating digital workflows
- Work in DevOps framework to support the deployed solutions
- Refinement of requirements and user stories to form detailed technical specifications
- Capture the test data requirements to support unit and in sprint quality assurance testing
The successful Contact Centre Officer will have experience in the following:
- Minimum 5 years’ related experience
- Functional understanding of Front ends, API patterns, REST.
- Good understanding and working with Cloud platforms and environment
- Strong communication skills
