The role
- The role has responsibility for assisting with the resolution of Software Developer issues relating to an integral system with a focus on supporting Business and Business to Mobile application developers' system interactions and connections including, monitoring system availability and resolving issues. This role will contribute to the quality of functionality and user experience of the system with a focus on documenting and maintaining the artefacts
- The ideal candidates will have experience and understanding of operations management practices and procedures to provide relevant professional and/or policy advice in relation to complex problems.
Duties
- Updating developer support artefacts and writing briefs/correspondence as required.
- Acquire, maintain and apply an in-depth knowledge of the Agency's project and operations management framework, methodologies and activities required to coordinate and support the Agency's requirements.
- Provide the coordination and support to ensure an Agency's operations are compliant with the assurance and governance processes for policy, security, clinical safety, and design; monitoring progress, gathering information to produce reports and other key documentation.
- Accountable to provide a high level of support to Section Director and Branch Manager to develop and maintain project risk and issue registers; identifying and reporting variances and issues; providing assistance and coordination for risk assessment, mitigation and response.
- Provide expertise and technical knowledge in the Agency's operations management framework
- Coordinate and provide support to monitor, track and report on the status of operational deliverables to ensure schedules, cost and quality metrics are in line with approved project plans
- Develop, maintain and update risk assessment methodology, processes and artefacts for Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Mobile (B2M) products
