Form of work Our Large Federal Government client has a requirement for a Systems Integrator who will be accountable under broad direction for the delivery of product management systems for bespoke hardware products.
The product management systems surround product tracking and test management, including the capture, storage and presentation of test results for all phases of a product’s lifecycle.
These will involve the analysis, design, integration and deployment of new and/or existing bespoke, Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and Government Off the Shelf (GOTS) systems and tools to deliver the required solution.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in providing solutions to complex problems, and translating customer requirements into fit-for-purpose design and end-product artefacts.
Skills and Knowledge:
Contract terms: Contract term of 12 months, not exceeding 30 June 2025 will be considered.
SFIA level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 5.
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.

- Demonstrated experience with Python3 and Proficient with Linux systems administration
- Familiarity with software/hardware testing practices & continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tooling and practices
- Proficient with collaboration tools – Git, issue tracking
- Under broad direction, elicit customer requirements and translate these into fit-for-purpose design artefacts, together with other conceptual design activities.
- Assess capabilities of existing bespoke, Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and Government Off the Shelf (GOTS) systems and tools to deliver required functionality, and provide procurement recommendations.
- Perform system administration tasks surrounding the installation, configuration and integration of systems/sub-systems
- Perform software development tasks surrounding the integration and improvement of existing systems and tools.
