About the Role
We are currently seeking a System & Process Support to join our team at Many Rivers. The primary purpose of the Systems & Process Support is to help Many Rivers achieve its Mission and Objectives. Systems & Process Support is responsible for the day-to-day support of the Many Rivers team. In undertaking this work, the Systems & Process Support is expected to follow and contribute to developing Many Rivers’ policies and processes, undertake personal development, and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Applicants must be adept at developing a rapport with internal and external stakeholders and have the ability to achieve agreed targets and timelines through effective time management.
What you will be responsible for:
- Support all staff on an ongoing basis with Business Applications, IT&T & Reporting Services required to execute their jobs;
- Own and manage issues that may arise with the above through to resolution, working in collaboration with supporting functions such as internal Operations Team resources and external Managed Service providers;
- Manage communications into field operations through a periodic team meeting attendance;
- Support the delivery of training, including staff induction, for CRM Dynamics 365 systems used for service delivery to Clients & Communities, with the support of the Learning Manager; and
- Manage data quality across Business Applications and Reporting Services.
- Support the development and testing of initiatives to enhance and innovate through organisational-wide process, people, application and enabling technology design and implementation with the support of the Head of Systems & Projects and the Process Manager; and
- Leverage prescribed Process Improvement principles, methodologies and tools to develop and deliver process improvements under the guidance of the Head of Systems & Projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or Commerce.
- ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certified.
- Demonstrated experience in Applications and Technical Support, including Dynamics 365 (Preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in problem solutioning.
- Ability to take an advisory and consultative approach, to understand business requirements and offer ongoing support to all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in technology use and proven ability to adopt new technologies.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including VBA (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring, investigating and remediating cyber security incidents and threats (preferred).
Successful candidates will be required to complete pre-employment checks including Criminal History check, Equifax Check and Working with Children/ Vulnerable People check, where applicable.
