Full training will be provided in the specifics of this unique and varied role where you will work online via various website portals to conduct searches for property related documentation and certifications and communicate outcomes and solutions with customers. Specifically you will:-
- Order, process and chase online applications for documents on behalf of clients
- Liaise with clients and various authorities via phone and email
- High volume data entry and document order processing
- Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- General administration support such as filing and phone support to contribute to overall team success
To be considered you will have a worked in a full time office based position (administration or otherwise) previously and have an excellent phone manner with clear and professional spoken English. Any prior exposure to the legal and/or conveyancing sectors will be highly regarded and experience with any form of high volume Document Processing would be favourable (but is not essential).
