You will provide phone, remote, and onsite support to our valued customers, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly. Working closely with our technicians from other states, you will collaborate to deliver appropriate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and efficient phone, remote, and onsite support to customers
• Manage customer relations, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction
• Stage hardware to prepare for installation
• Perform onsite hardware and software installations, implementation, and troubleshooting

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in IT and networking, with a strong understanding of troubleshooting networking issues
• Proficient in desktop troubleshooting, resolving issues efficiently
• A willingness to learn and contribute to a greater team
• Ability to travel when needed
• Availability to work after hours and occasional weekends when required
• Strong ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
