The role will be responsible for stable operation and support service across the Zendesk and Amazon Connect Platforms. Expected outputs of this role are to support, investigate, analyse, develop, configure, test, document, and provide recommendations for improving system functionality and operations across all environments, to create better user experiences and viable outcomes.
About the role:
- Act as a technical lead in the development, changes, maintenance, and enhancements for Zendesk, Telephony and Advice across BAU and project activities Prepare non-production environments (software configuration, test data, application setup) to support the delivery of project or BAU initiatives.
- Ensure all configuration changes & Releases are planned and documented before implementation and Technology ITIL change management processes adhered to.
- Completion of production incidents, service requests and tasks relevant to supported systems.
- The elicitation, analysis, specification and validation of requirements and constraints to a level that enables effective development and operations of new or changed software, systems, processes, products, and services.
- The planning, design, execution and reporting of system process tests and usability evaluations. This includes taking feedback from users, analysis of performance, and inputting results for continuous improvement.
- Preferably five or more years of experience in related, industry-leading, large, cross-functional teams and/or enterprise-wide programs, influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders effectively across the organisation.
- Experience working with Zendesk and Telephony is must.
- Experience in third-party supplier (vendor) management for governing operational services and ongoing system change portfolio.
- Strong communication both verbal and written with the ability to interpret customer business needs and translate into application and operational requirements.
- Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills.
