Key Responsibilities:

• System Analysis & Optimisation: Examine our existing financial systems and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Financial Systems Management: Maintain and update our financial software, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory accounting, focusing on costing methods, stocktake, variance reporting, and bills of material.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Build visual reports and dashboards to support decision-making across the organisation.
• Team Collaboration: Work across the breadth of the business to ensure data integration and system coherence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid experience in financial systems management and bookkeeping.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to create impactful reports.
• Entrepreneurial management mindset for system creation. 
• Excel skills that could make a spreadsheet sing.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
