About the Role
As part of the journey, we are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our head office team in Eastern Creek, NSW. In this position, you will be analysing business requirements and assisting with general troubleshooting and administration of our core software applications including our ERP System NetSuite.
You will be assisting with daily IT tasks including managing the Ticketing system, reporting to user requests and providing some basic IT support where required. A background in Microsoft 365 will be essential.
As part of this role, Project Management will be an essential requirement, you will be assigned projects which you will need to manage and liaise with stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed on time and are documented correctly.
You will report to the IT Manager and will be working with department heads, closely with sales and Customer Service to assist improving day to day functions around the IT Environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Address tickets assigned to you in our IT Support Register
- Be the point of contact for our PowerBI Reporting Platform
- Assist with Report development and Data Warehouse Management
- Export, Analyse and Import complex data sets into our ERP System
- Provide end to end testing of new Software systems.
- Basic troubleshooting of our ERP System
- Liaise and coordinate with External Vendors for support and escalations.
- Creating Documentation of Internal Processes and Systems as well as assist with compliance processes.
- Work with API’s and Cloud based ETL tools to connect applications.
Experience
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience as an IT System Administrator, with a proven track record of managing complex IT environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 support, including tenancy and domain migrations, Exchange Online administration, and SharePoint Online configuration.
- Experience in Microsoft Azure Platform
- Experience managing MySQL and MsSQL Databases
- Demonstrated IT analysis, problem solving and resolution skills.
- You must have strong written and clear verbal communication skills to effectively engage at a technical and non-technical level.
- Understanding of Cloud based Software Environments Database systems
- Experience in system analysis and process mapping
- Experience in project management.
