AddressWe are looking for a permanent, driven and proactive Systems Administrator to join our client in Belrose, Sydney. The primary purpose of this role is to work alongside the current team to manage and oversee their IT infrastructure and IT systems.
This role will see you get involved in the office from the start, so you will need to live locally / be able to handle the daily commute in your own vehicle. After the first month you will be given the option of a hybrid working arrangement and gain flexibility.
The successful candidate will be keen to embed themselves into the culture, looking to learn, contribute and grow within the team.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role in a Windows environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
- Demonstrated capability in harmonising various user needs, priorities, and expectations, ensuring successful results.
- Excellent written communication skills, including emails, documents, reports, and presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in technology project planning and execution, aligning with organisational goals and budget considerations.
- Understanding of the importance of Cybersecurity.
- Maintain and refine IT operations and administration documentation, including system performance records and user guides.
- Highly organised and self-motivated.
- Demonstrated customer-focused attitude.
- Proven ability to work well in a team and understand and demonstrate the importance of collaboration within an IT Dept.
- Proven ability to diagnose and solve complex problems and should possess strong analytical skills, specifically in conducting thorough root cause analysis when problem solving.
- Proven track record of learning new technologies and the ability to adapt to those technologies.
- Holds a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
