We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to work from our Milton office in Brisbane. As part of our close nit operations team, you will manage the day-to-day IT environment for clients. Taking escalations from our helpdesk, you will be responsible for delivering reliable and responsive service, focusing on results and happy customers. Get involved, take ownership of different technologies you love, and become the de facto expert.

Responsibilities:
- Reactive Support: Working remotely or onsite, address complex, high-impact challenges promptly and efficiently. Participate in on-call support rotations as part of the company's schedule.
- Proactive Support: Analyse client systems and devise optimal solutions to meet their requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive system documentation, encompassing configuration management and change control processes.
- Team: Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and mentor junior technicians.
- Staying Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain the organization's competitive edge and effectiveness.
Your technical experience:
- Microsoft 365 & Azure Cloud technologies
- Windows Servers and Desktop
- Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell
- Microsoft Collaboration and Voice Technologies
- Virtualisation - Hyper-V and or VMware
- Microsoft, HP, Dell, IBM, Ubiquiti & Sophos
- Backup, Antivirus & Endpoint protection
- IP Networking, including LAN, SDN & WAN
