About This Opportunity
Looking for an agile and adaptable Systems and Project Support Officer who will undertake system administration, support, and development, to ensure the applications are operating effectively. This position also plays a supportive role in systems projects to enhance the student experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- System Administration and Technical Support: Manage user access and provide technical assistance by diagnosing and addressing problems and faults.
- System Improvement and Configuration: Identify issues, propose solutions, and implement simple system configurations using best practices.
- Stakeholder Interaction and Documentation: Review requirements, assess business processes, and develop online forms and workflows. Additionally, contribute to system-related documentation such as specifications and technical reports.
- Project Involvement and Change Management: Participate in technical project tasks, including user acceptance testing, and support change management efforts.
About You
- Hold a degree or equivalent with relevant experience, showcasing a blend of education and practical knowledge.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in providing customer focused service delivery and maintaining a consistent and reliable level of support.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience in relevant technologies, including CareerHub (StudentHub), student administration systems, or similar systems, with the capability to support the implementation of new technologies.
- Possess sound analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Able to conceptualize, describe, design, and implement initiatives and solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in technical project tasks including user acceptance testing and contributing to change management activities.
You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment and may be required to complete background checks including, criminal history and education checks.
