As an EUX Software Engineer, you will design and implement software that ensures the end user computing environment is robust, cost effective to support, and meets business requirements. You will use your analytical skills to understand problems and optimise processes. You will work collaboratively to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions based around agile methodology.

We're interested in hearing from people who can:
- Develop and deploy high quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage that enable effective estate management
- Build software that integrates with enterprise systems (AD, SCCM, Service Manager) to ensure that endpoints are configured in accordance with relevant policy
- Contribute to implementing tools that advance the "Pace" agile model and enable colleague self-service
- Consult with technology teams to refine standards and best practises for systems and software
- Contribute to estimation, solution design and testing and Identify inefficiencies and optimise processes
- Provide 3rd level support in accordance with response and resolution SLAs
- Proactively address risks to reduce the likelihood of incidents and outages and automate processes to deliver a frictionless user experience
- Promote knowledge sharing and skills transfer though documentation and interactions with colleagues and to the strategic engineering goals within own team / platform
- Contribute to maintaining the CBA SOE and develop and improve SOE related tooling
Tech Skills:
We're looking for experts with strong corporate experience in the following technical areas:
- Software development capability (C# .NET with good knowledge of OOPS concepts)
- Test-Driven Development and Source Control (Unit/Integration/Acceptance testing)
- Scripting and automation (PowerShell)
- Agile and Lean Development, Continuous Delivery and DevOps
- Windows UWP development (.appx, .msix)
- Web and API Development (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, MVC with .NET Core, REST APIs, Microservices)
- MSSQL (Database integration), Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Active Directory
- Apple Bash, Python Shell
- Virtualisation (VMWare VDI, V-Sphere, Hyper-V, Citrix)
