About the role
As a high level Systems Engineer you will perform and achieve design,
integration and testing within an integrated workforce. This requires an in-depth knowledge of and compliance with legislative frameworks within Defence. 

Key responsibilities

• Maintain engineering related artefacts (Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP), Technical Certification Plan (TCP)) for CAF16 Systems.
• Support the engineering and configuration management activities.
• Assist and provide guidance to the Engineering Manager and System
  Managers for engineering and configuration management.
• Develop/ review capability engineering requirements and procedural
  documentation.
• Perform quality control on engineering documentation.

Key skills and experience

• Demonstrated experience and familiarity with CASG project engineering activities and planning.
• Experience with Systems Engineering, preferably within CASG/ Defence environment (SEMP, Technical Certification Plans, Requirements Management).
• Demonstrated experience and familiarity with software system safety, security and managing technical risk.
• Experience in Verification & Validation (developing, conducting, providing recommendations/outcomes).
• Knowledge/experience of Defence C2 systems/ applications.
