About the Role
The JBS Pork Division is currently recruiting a Systems IT Analyst to support the team in a full-time capacity. Based onsite either in Corowa or Port Melbourne and reporting to the IT Operations Manager your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ERP/MES system.
- Work collaboratively with IT Support to triage and resolve customer issues.
- Assist in designing & documenting ERP processes.
- Gather and document business requirements and processes to understand current issues and/or new functionality.
- Establish and implement 'best practice' standards as well as departmental policies and procedures.
- Establish rapport and build strong and trusted partnerships with Stakeholders, Customers and Vendors to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
About You
- Previous ERP/MES application experience in manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing systems (FMCG advantageous)
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, and an ability to interact and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis and propose appropriate solutions
- Ability to explain technical concepts and solutions to non-technical users, including training of users
- Recognises the benefit of diversity in a team; leverages multiple viewpoints and individual strengths
- Responds to change positively, views change as opportunity to learn or improve practices and encourages others to do the same
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Preparedness to work flexible hours
- Preparedness to travel to other sites (Melbourne and Corowa)
- Current driver’s license
