Systems Officer – Operational Standards & Compliance.Reporting to the Principal
Systems Officer you will assist operational and other governance teams in the establishment, maintenance and execution of policies, operational standards, procedures, and other governance artefacts. In addition, the role will assist operation teams in compliance management through reporting, audit assistance and identifying, prioritising and guiding remediation initiatives. What you will doAs an integral member of the Digital Workspace team, you will:
- Maintain Governance, Risk and Naming registers including providing reminders of required reviews to item owners.
- Co-ordinate Changes and Demands assigned to technology services teams.
- Assist in the preparation of reports that document compliance states with various operational and governance requirements of Information and Communications Technology Infrastructure.
- Perform and maintain compliance management processes and assist operational teams in audit reporting and planning.
- Co-ordinate the creation and maintenance of relevant policy, standard and process documentation within Patching, Operational Standards and Compliance in line with best practice.
About youWe are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:
- Experience maintaining registers and working with reporting tools.
- Experience in Project, Change and Risk management processes and technologies as aligned with ITIL methodologies.
- Experience in maintaining documents such as policies and standards.
- The ability to engage and influencing key stakeholders and customers to achieve optimal business outcomes.
- An ability to liaise with management, vendors, partners, and customers both internal and external to eHealth.
