About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Support Officer to join our IT Support team based at Hendra.
In this role you will:
- Assist in the day to day management of support tickets for the following systems:
- MYOB Greentree
- AroFlo
- UKG Ready
- Other operational systems which support business operations
- Conduct root cause analysis and suggest/implement long-term solutions.
- Work with the systems team to update documentation relating to process or system changes.
- Assist with maintaining integrations between systems using Azure Logic Apps
- Assisting with new systems implementations to be a part of ongoing support and maintenance.
About you
- Strong problem solving skills with a logical thought process.
- Enthusiastic learner that always looks to improve.
- Can-do attitude
- Previous experience in working with ERP systems would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience supporting users with IT applications.
