UON is currently seeking experienced and self-motivated Systems Trainer to join our Human resources team at Malaga on a 1-year fixed term contract.
As a Systems Trainer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. You will be responsible for conducting various types of training sessions, creating training materials, and implementing training programs to support our employees' development.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting new starter Systems inductions to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Delivering face-to-face training sessions on various topics as required, such as company systems or procedures. (Internal Systems)
- Creating comprehensive training documentation, including work instructions (WI), procedures, etc.
- Developing digital learning content, including e-learning modules and video demonstrations, to enhance learning experiences.
- Designing and implementing Systems training plans for new starters or employees transitioning to new roles.
- Conducting training follow-up review meetings with new starters to assess progress and address any concerns.
- Managing qualifications and records filing in the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Act as key resource for systems support
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in conducting training sessions, preferably in an IT or systems-related capacity.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in creating training materials and digital content using various tools and platforms.
- Driver’s licence
