We are seeking a passionate and skilled Business Systems Trainer to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our staff have the tools and knowledge they need to thrive.
About the role
As a Business Systems Trainer, your primary role will be to develop and deliver high-quality systems training and materials for our OneCouncil Enterprise system. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining consistent and effective training programs that empower our staff to make the most of the system in support of their operational activities.
In this role, you will undertake duties such as:
- Creating engaging training materials and programs that cater to various learning styles.
- Conduct training sessions that are informative, interactive and conducive to knowledge retention.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and making adjustments for continuous improvement.
- You will work directly with the business and have a focus on customer experience.
Skills & Experience
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessing or relevant tertiary qualification
- Relevant experience delivering training on Business Systems in a similar role
- Exceptional communication skills to communicate with a diverse audience with individualised learning needs and capabilities
- Well-developed computer proficiency using Microsoft Package, Creating online learning materials such as SCORM files in Articulate or Rise.
- Experience with TechnologyOne is highly advantageous
