About the role
Join a fun and fabulous team of around 50 consultants across Sydney and Melbourne as the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Advisor! 

In this dynamic role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process whilst supporting the HR Operations Manager (HROM) with HR administration and workplace experience related tasks on an ad hoc basis. You will work closely with the HROM and all teams across the business with Recruitment related tasks. This role reports directly to the HROM and will be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.


This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from onboarding to offboarding. This role is predominately 80% recruitment focused and 20% HR admin focused. If you do not have on the ground HR admin experience as yet, do not stress, you will be able to learn on the job with the guidance of your experienced HROM!

This role is ideal for someone with Talent Acquisition experience, eager to dive into the realm of HR. In this role, you’ll get to experience the best of both worlds, with support every step of the way!

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and regularly coordinate with them regarding their hiring needs.
  • Own the recruitment space by building job ads, job posting, resume screening and scheduling interviews.
  • Proactively source candidates via headhunting strategies and establish relationships for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including contractual offers, reference checks and issuing new hire paperwork.
  • Coordinate the HR Induction process for new hires.
  • Manage employee data in the HRIS system and ensure the accuracy of employee files.
  • Coordinate the offboarding process for leavers. 
  • Support training and development processes. 
  • Provide general administrative support to the HROM and assist with office management tasks as needed.

What sets YOU apart?

Ideally, you will possess the following skills and attributes: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive in nature and willing to learn
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of job posting sites, such as SEEK and LinkedIn
  • Proficiency in MS Suite and HRIS Systems – preferably Workday
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
