Condobolin Aboriginal Health Service offers a range of medical services including a general medical clinic, medical specialist services, allied health, mental health, social and emotional programs, public health and a dental clinic.
Reporting to the CEO, our client is now seeking the services of a Part TimeHuman Resources Advisor to work in a generalist HR position across the Health Centre.
This position is from 2-3 days per week from 8.30am to 5pm. For the right candidate there is flexibility as to when the hours are performed. Full training will be provided.

About the Job- Assisting the CEO in recruitment activities such as preparing job descriptions, advertising roles and conducting interviews.
- Onboarding and induction of new staff through the HR Platform.
- Drafting employment contracts and general HR administration.
- Organise training activities and programs for the Health Centre
- Assist with the roll out of salary review, performance reviews, bonus plans, employee benefits, an wellbeing programs.
- In conjunction with the CEO and HR Consultant, assist with employee matters such as dealing with workplace relations issues such as complaints, conflicts, grievances and misconduct.
- Prepare reports for the CEO as required and the maintaining employee records.
- Providing assistance on HR policies, projects and procedures.
- Implement and maintain the new HR Platform and HR Systems
- Coordinating workplace health and safety initiatives and the Health Safety Committee.
- Develop procedures, SWMS, SOP and other checklists.
Experience and Qualifications
- Degree or Dip in HRM is highly advantageous.
- Experience in HR E-systems or platforms, Intermediate Microsoft Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR Advisor position or similar.
