Your new role
As a TA Partner, you will be managing the end to end recruitment of a variety of positions within your portfolio, focusing on admin and academics for the Faculty of Medicine.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Developing recruitment plans and strategies
- Candidate sourcing and screening
- Coordinating interviews and providing guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques
- Coordinating the completion of pre-employment checks and the offer process
- Collaborating with People and Culture colleagues to ensure compliance with university policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as recruitment agencies and other sourcing channels.
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant experience in a similar role managing end to end recruitment, ideally in the education space
Familiarity with talent acquisition software and ATS
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methodologies
Ability to foster and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
