TA Partner | Education Industry | Sydney CBD/ Hybrid | 6 to 9 months | $55ph + Super
Your new companyYour new company is a large and well-known university in Sydney.
Your new roleAs a TA Partner, you will be managing the end to end recruitment of a variety of positions within your portfolio, focusing on admin and academics for the Faculty of Medicine.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Developing recruitment plans and strategies
- Candidate sourcing and screening
- Coordinating interviews and providing guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques
- Coordinating the completion of pre-employment checks and the offer process
- Collaborating with People and Culture colleagues to ensure compliance with university policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as recruitment agencies and other sourcing channels.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant experience in a similar role managing end to end recruitment, ideally in the education space
- Familiarity with talent acquisition software and ATS
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methodologies
- Ability to foster and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
