Trainwest is a privately owned Western Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO 51807) that delivers quality training and assessment services to industry, for over 17 years. We value our people and pride ourselves in the experience that students and team members have with Trainwest.
We are recruiting additional outstanding facilitators to join our TAE Training Team to train and assess the nationally endorsed TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Trainwest is looking for a team player who is passionate about VET, with the capacity to adapt and respond to student needs, balancing the need for compliance.

Job tasks and responsibilities
- Delivering the training for TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Assessment of TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Providing student support
- Working within the student management system
- Ability to travel, if required
- Ability to work outside normal business hours, if required
Skills and experience
What you must have to apply for this role
- TAE50111/TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training OR TAE50211/TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design and Development OR
Diploma or higher level qualification in adult education (required) - TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Current vocational and industry competency
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team
- Self-directed, highly motivated and with a passion for the VET sector
You will be highly regarding if you also have
- Experience delivering and assessing the TAE training products
- Additional vocational qualifications
- Experience with Student and Learning Management Systems
- Hold the TAE40122 Certificate IV In Training and Assessment
