CRUX, and our partner companies are experiencing unprecedented business growth. As a result, the CRUX Talent Acquisition team are on the hunt for superstars in a variety of roles across the sunny state of Queensland.
What you will be doing:
End to end recruitment – advertising, screening, interviewing, pre-employment checks and finalising offers
Provide new team members with a positive onboarding experience
Partner with people managers to determine recruitment needs and develop recruitment strategies
Determine candidates’ suitability for positions
Conduct interviews and assess candidates against relevant PD and role requirements
Attend local job fairs/expos
Facilitate career information sessions
Be an inspirational & true business partner to the people leaders across the business with a customer centric mindset
Administration tasks relevant to recruitment and onboarding in various systems
What you will bring:
Experience in high volume recruitment (highly regarded)
Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
Exceptional communication skills
An attitude focused on teamwork, collaboration and finding the best talent
Great customer service skills – both over the phone and in person
