To help us achieve this goal we are looking to hire an experienced Talent acquisition consultant / IT Resources to support our delivery to clients across the IT Infrastructure market.
In this exciting role, you will work as part of our delivery team to continue to build our presence in the Infrastructure market. Your focus will be on both contract and permanent recruitment across both generalist and specialist roles within IT. There will also be some work in developing our talent pipelines into more cutting-edge technologies.
This role will be a blend of resourcing roles, database refresh projects, and candidate engagement projects. It will also include some account management duties.
To make Milestones in your career you will have:
Extensive experience in the IT recruitment sector as a delivery specialist supporting multiple consultants across permanent and contract assignments
Experience in engaging and activating passive talent pools
Experience in reference checking
Genuine interest in driving candidate engagement strategies including direct email marketing campaigns and core database refresh projects
Previous experience working in a recruitment agency environment
Can-do attitude with a commitment to excellence
