Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic business? In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for white- and blue-collar roles in Australia, collaborating with hiring managers, and building high-quality candidate talent pools using innovative sourcing methods. You will be relied on for your expert insight into the market and partnering with our stakeholders on their hiring needs. You consider yourself somewhat of a sourcing ninja and enjoy the thrill of the chase.
Your capacity to take initiative and achieve outcomes quickly will enable you to establish robust relationships and immediately show your value.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from screening to onboarding
- Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and talent pools
- Ensure timely employment offers and streamline onboarding processes
- Conduct employment reference checks and maintain recruitment administration
- Foster relationships with a pool of qualified talent for future positions
- Stay current with industry trends and Talent Acquisition strategies
- Provide coaching and guidance on recruitment to hiring managers
- Establish and monitor recruitment metrics for process efficiency
- Support employee offboarding processes and contribute to risk management
- Full lifecycle recruitment expertise in the manufacturing/construction industry (ideally)
- Expertise in volume recruitment within a large and complex business, being able to navigate competing priorities with high levels of accountability and ownership
- Engaging and collaborative team player, being able to build relationships across all levels
- Adaptable, with a forward-thinking mindset
- Ability to balance stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment
- Enjoy sourcing and you bring proficiency with the tools - LinkedIn, Seek, Networking and anything else you have!
- ATS experience in Workday or similar
