About the RoleMcLean Care are looking for a highly motivated person to join our Talent team on a part-time basis, (20 hours per week) for a six (6) month fixed-term contract. We are in the midst of exciting transformation, implementing new
Talent Acquisition systems to streamline our processes and require a
Talent Acquisition Officer who can pivot and provide the additional foundational support of administration and candidate management throughout this exciting change period.This role is a remote-based position with the support of advanced technology and collaborative team structure, you will work from home and still not feel alone - we stay connected! You will be provided with laptop and monitor so you have all the tools you need to work effectively.
What will you be doing?- You will support the Talent Acquisition team in a dual role that supports the administration of candidate assessment as well as the undertaking traditional talent functions including phone screens, schedule interviews and ensure compliance standards are met within the Aged Care Act.
- Facilitate quality screening techniques and uphold compliance standards in accordance with Aged Care Act.
- Maintain accurate records within e-Recruitment platform (Express) and current compliance database, whilst we transition into a new automated platform.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment within a high performing and supportive team - we work together and nothing is impossible!
About You:- Previous recruitment experience minimum two (2) years'
- Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and selection process
- Excellent interpersonal skills, you love people right?
- Can-do attitude supporting the varied workload management across the team as directed by the Talent Acquisition Lead
- Demonstrated self-motivator, you work well in a team and get things done independently
- You are a confident, positive and can-do attitude 'professional' in the world of Talent!
- Familiarity with VISAs will be a bonus!
The salary package on offer is $75,000 (Pro-rata), PLUS super and additional benefits including:
