As part of the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition (TA) team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will provide essential support to the TA, HR and Payroll teams to ensure efficient and effective operations and a high level of customer service is provided to all client groups.This role is based at our offices in Homebush West.Your day to day will include:
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team with creation of job requisitions, advertising roles and filtering candidates when required
- Creating, maintaining and communicating with candidate talent pools
- Supporting the onboarding process by working with third party providers to conduct pre-employment checks and coordinate offer processes
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate all early talent initiatives
- Monitoring Franchisee job advertisements, to confirm that the advertisements align to brand and legislative requirements
- Assisting user groups with PageUp system enquiries and overall system maintenance
- Supporting the HR team in the co-ordination of Company employee events and communications
- Payroll and Payroll system administration and user support
- General administration - including filing, invoicing, report distribution, and stationary orders
You will have a keen interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and/or Payroll looking to be proactive and contribute to a high performing team. You will also have:
- Previous working experience, with experience in administration, retail, or a franchised business an advantage.
- A high level of communication skills with a great eye for detail
- The ability to build rapport, trust and engagement with stakeholders
- Problem solving capabilities
- Practical computer skills
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and diplomacy always
- An inherent passion to get results and provide great service, always!
- Further Education in Business, HR, or Retail (e.g. Certificate, Diploma or Degree) will be highly regarded
