In this role you will:As a
Talent Acquisition Officer at DHL, you'll support the recruitment team in all aspects of compliance, recruitment & resourcing talent. You will support our assessment centres and recruit for Enterprise Agreement roles. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology.
- Have strong administration and time management skills
- Become the SME of our Recruitment system
- MS Word suite skills including excel and PowerPoint
- Recruitment experience with blue collar roles
- Undertake compliance audits on a weekly basis
You have the following qualities & Qualifications:
- High energy, be self-driven and motivated
- Experience using a recruitment management system ideally TalentLink
- Love compliance and auditing
- Knowledge / experience recruiting front line roles
- Strong MS word skills including v-lookup skillset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have worked in a high volume role previously
- Ability to travel between sites (must have own car and valid drivers license)
