ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and support the Recruitment and HR team nationally.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, pre-screening and reference checks, contract preparation, and scheduling interviews and pre-employment medicals.
- Ensuring all steps of the Onboarding process are adhered to and conducted in a timely manner, while providing an exceptional experience for new employees.
- Providing general administration support to the HR team in regards to employee departures and terminations, performance management and learning and development initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the role, you will likely have the following:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business.
- Previous Recruitment and HR experience within an Engineering & Construction environment.
- The ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines while using initiative to take ownership of accountabilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
