About the Opportunity
We have a vacancy for a Talent Acquisition co-ordinator who will provide recruitment support to the Talent acquisition partners. This includes everything from posting open positions on job boards and scheduling interviews all the way through to conducting background checks and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for successful candidates. Some of the duties include:
- Post job advertisements on job boards and other online social media platforms.
- Initiate candidate employment checks including Police/Visa/Working with Children/Reference Checking etc.
- Ensure all employment checks are monitored and managed through to successful completion in a timely and efficient manner
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires
- Prepare interview guides and packs in consultation with the Talent Partner/Manager
- Assist with the compilation & collection of required documentation for candidates being sponsored by RACV.
- Assistant Talent partner with pre-screening & phone screening candidates
- Contacting shortlisted candidates to schedule/arrange interviews.
- Assist the Talent partner with any additional recruitment activities as directed
What you’ll need to be successful
- Previous experience in a similar role providing support to a Talent Acquisition function is highly desirable
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive nature
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities simultaneously
- Ability to think creatively
- Team player with strong ethos, adhering to agreed behaviours as per RACV values, including active participation in team meetings, completing paperwork within timeframes, and sharing knowledge
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- Trustworthy, reliable, strong work ethic
